Empower for Women and Child Development does not store, see, or save your sensitive financial data (such as card numbers, PIN, CVV, or passwords).
If money is debited from your account but the registration page shows a failure, the bank usually auto-refunds the money within 5–7 working days. The organization is not responsible for bank server delays.

All updates regarding exam dates, interview schedules, or selection status will be sent via email or published on our official website. We are not responsible if messages go to your spam folder or if you miss the timeline.

In the event of a postponement or cancellation of the recruitment process, the organization will not be liable to pay any compensation or travel allowance to the applicants.
Any disputes arising out of the registration process, payment gateway, or recruitment shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where the registered office of Empower for Women and Child Development is located.
