Disclaimer

Please read the following terms carefully before proceeding with the job vacancy registration.

Non-Refundable Fee

Registration Fee

The job vacancy registration fee is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Once the payment is successfully completed, requests for cancellations, modifications, or refunds will not be entertained. This rule applies even if an applicant is not shortlisted, fails to appear for the interview, or is not selected for the role.

No Guarantee of Employment

Employment Disclaimer

Payment of the registration fee does not guarantee employment, hiring, or a confirmed job offer with our organization. The fee only covers the administrative costs of processing your job application, screening your documents, and organizing the selection process.

Selection is completely based on merit, eligibility criteria, test scores, and interview performance.

Accuracy of Information

Applicant Responsibility

Applicants must ensure they meet all eligibility criteria (such as age, education, and experience) before making the payment. If an application is rejected due to false information, fake documents, or mismatching qualifications, the registration fee will be forfeited.

Please double-check all your personal details and the position you are applying for before submitting the payment.

Transaction Security

Secure Payment Processing

All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted, and certified third-party payment gateway. We do not collect, view, or store your sensitive bank details, credit/debit card numbers, CVV, or passwords.

Failed Transactions & Technical Errors

Payment Failure

If money is deducted from your bank account but you receive a "Transaction Failed" message, the amount is usually refunded automatically by your bank within 5 to 7 working days.

"Empower for Women and Child Development" is not responsible for payment delays or failures caused by bank server issues, network downtime, or incorrect payment inputs.
